A Promise of Loving Kindness and Steadfast Love

“And Yeshua answered and said unto them, ‘Take heed that no man deceive you.’”
When Yeshua began teaching His disciples about the events surrounding His return, His first warning was about deception.
The world is full of secret organizations, political agendas, technological systems, and false prophets, to deceive, if possible, even the elect. This highlights the seriousness of deception in the end times. Do not be deceived. Prophetic discernment begins with knowing Scripture, understanding the character of Yehovah, and remaining anchored in the testimony of Yeshua.
The world will experience increasing political instability, lawlessness, spiritual confusion, and hostility toward those who remain faithful to Yeshua. Scripture prepares us for these realities. Biblical prophecy was given to produce perseverance, holiness, obedience, courage, and faithful witness.
This is where the Torah becomes especially important. Redemption comes through the mercy of Yehovah and the work of Yeshua the Messiah. The Torah reveals Yehovah’s standards of righteousness, justice, holiness, love, and covenant faithfulness. It teaches His people how to live as a distinct community in the midst of a rebellious world.
Yeshua did not call His followers to abandon the commandments of Yehovah. He called them to wholehearted obedience, beginning in the heart and expressed through faithful action. The Torah should never become an empty ritual, legalistic pride, or a basis for condemning others. It should be the fruit of love for Yehovah and a sincere desire to walk as Yeshua walked.
In an age of deception, lawlessness, and moral confusion, obedience matters. The commandments of Yehovah establish clear boundaries when the surrounding culture insists that truth is relative and every person may define good and evil for himself. The Torah trains us to reject that spirit and to submit our lives to the authority of Yehovah.
The central question is whether we will remain faithful when pressure comes.
The people of Yehovah must resist complacency, which dismisses the warnings of Scripture and assumes that life will continue unchanged.
Yeshua calls us to a better path. We are to remain watchful without becoming fearful. We are to recognize deception. We are to understand the times while continuing to love our neighbors, proclaim the good news of the Kingdom, care for the vulnerable, obey the commandments of Yehovah, and prepare our hearts to endure.
Our hope is not found in governments, political movements, economic systems, or human leaders. Our hope is found in Yeshua the Messiah, who will return, defeat evil, vindicate His people, and establish the righteous Kingdom of Yehovah upon the earth.
Until that day, the people of Yehovah are called to bear witness. We must speak truth without hatred, confront deception without arrogance, observe Torah without self-righteousness, and prepare for suffering without surrendering to fear. The greatest preparation for the days ahead is cultivating a faithful and obedient heart.
So, this week, examine the voices shaping your understanding of the world. Test every claim against Scripture. Refuse fear. Ask Yehovah to show you where your life is out of alignment with His Torah. Then respond with repentance and obedience, not to earn His favor, but because you love Him. Focus on the work Yeshua has placed before you: love Yehovah, love your neighbor, keep His commandments, proclaim the good news of the Kingdom, and remain faithful until He comes.

Have you ever wondered whether every tear moves the heart of God? 🥲
Not every tear moves the heart of the Creator. Yes, you read that correctly.
Not every tear is pleasing to Yehovah. The Scriptures show that tears born out of unbelief can be just as offensive as words of rebellion.
That is exactly what happened to our ancestors in the wilderness. They wept bitterly, but theirs was not holy sorrow. Their tears did not flow from repentance, but from unbelief. They were not born of humility, but of fear. They were not a cry that sought Yehovah, but the expression of hearts that had stopped trusting His promises.

Shalom Torah Fans! I was looking through my photos and came across this funny, beautiful reminder of our dear friend Terry Bishop. ❤️ He was the lighting director at ARAI for many years and became a favorite with our partners.
