Have you ever heard the phrase, ‘I'm gonna snatch you up by the hair of your head?’  In modern verbiage, it usually means you're about to get a whippin'! 🙀 Or at least that's what it means where I come from. Well, in Ezekiel 8, while Zeke (Ezekiel) was seated around the elders of Judah, the hand of the LORD YHVH fell upon him! He saw the likeness of a Man of fire❤️‍🔥 👑 and brightness. He stretched out the form of a hand, and ‘took Zeke by a lock of hair’…. Thus, the former quote 😉. However, in Biblical days, it was an honor because Zeke was taken up between heaven and earth and shown some powerful prophetic visions.👀  Kinda funny how many quotes we hear today are literally taken from Scripture, but used totally out of context! Calling all intercessors!!!! One of the most important weapons we have in our arsenal is prayer. Not only is it a tool and a gift, but a highly honored privilege. The Creator of Heaven and Earth allows us access into the courts of heaven in proxy of others, to stand in the gap between realms and see the hand of YHVH move in strength and power! Here we go again... never a dull moment in YHVH's time clock and calendar. We are in a season of transitioning from one season to the other, Spring to Summer, and all the benefits and challenges it can bring. A time to be outside and enjoy the sunshine and summer activities, but also there is the heat and bugs!🦟😏 (in most areas). We move cautiously into the 4th month. Biblically, it is a time of great provision and horrible reports. In Exodus 32, what was meant to be a beautiful unveiling of the Tabernacle plans so YHVH could dwell with His people became one of the most devastating events in all of humankind... when the Israelites lost focus and built the infamous golden calf.  Then there was the event of the spies that came back with the evil report, when YHVH specifically told them, 'I'VE got you! Don't be afraid!!!' However, there were 2 with a different spirit, Joshua and Caleb, and we are grateful for these two warriors! According to The Creators Calendar, it is also the month that Yeshua preached His first sermon on the Mount, as well as healed a leper! During this season, be careful what you give your focus to.. if you feel yourself meditating on the lack and chaos instead of the daily benefits and Protector, ask YHVH for the same spirit that Joshua and Caleb had! And Fear Not!  💪⚔️

We are overcomers!

Romans 8;29-31

 Because those whom He knew beforehand, He also ordained beforehand to be conformed to the likeness of His Son, for Him to be the first-born among many brothers.

30 And whom He ordained beforehand, these He also called, and whom He called, these He also declared right. And whom He declared right, these He also esteemed.

31 What then shall we say to this? If Elohim is for us, who is against us?

Elohim is the very first name revealed in Scripture — before covenant, before commandments, before Israel, before humanity itself. The story opens by establishing the One who holds all authority: the Creator, the Judge, the One who speaks order into chaos. When we say Elohim, we anchor ourselves in this foundation. The world is not random; it is the intentional work of a mighty and sovereign God who shapes reality by His word. Faith begins where the Scriptures begin — with Elohim, the Creator of heaven and earth.

Verse of the Week: Proverbs 18:21

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

There is a sobering weight to this proverb. Yehovah has not given mankind speech as a small or meaningless thing. From the beginning, words have carried authority, witness, blessing, accusation, confession, deception, covenant, and judgment. The tongue is not merely an instrument of expression. It is a revealer of the heart.

In an age filled with careless speech, outrage, slander, flattery, mockery, and endless opinion, the people of Yeshua must recover the fear of Yehovah in our words. We are not called to speak as the nations speak. We are not called to curse what Yehovah has blessed, to mock what He loves, or to use truth as a weapon for pride. We are called to bear witness.

This does not mean that our words possess some magical power to create reality apart from Yehovah. That is not the wisdom of Scripture. Rather, this proverb teaches us that words bear fruit. They either cultivate life, repentance, courage, faithfulness, and hope, or they spread death, confusion, bitterness, fear, and rebellion.

This is especially important as we consider the days ahead. The testimony of Scripture is clear: Yeshua will return, He will judge the nations, He will restore Israel, and He will establish the Kingdom of Yehovah upon the earth. In light of that coming Day, our speech must become disciplined, truthful, humble, and aligned with the coming King.

The question is not only whether we believe the right things about prophecy, Israel, the nations, and the return of the Messiah. The question is whether those truths are producing set-apart speech in us now. Do our words strengthen the weary? Do they call sinners to repentance? Do they bless Israel according to Yehovah’s covenant purposes? Do they testify of Yeshua with clarity and reverence? Do they uphold the righteous instructions of the Torah as a witness of covenant faithfulness? Do they prepare others for the Kingdom that is coming?

The tongue is a small member, but it reveals allegiance. A mouth ruled by pride, rage, and accusation is not yet submitted as it should be. A mouth yielded to Yeshua becomes an instrument of life: proclaiming the gospel, speaking truth in love, praying for Israel and the nations, encouraging the saints, warning the rebellious, honoring the righteous instructions of the Torah, and blessing the name of Yehovah.

So, this week, let us bring our words under the lordship of Yeshua. Before we speak, post, correct, argue, or respond, let us ask: Does this produce the fruit of life, or the fruit of death? May Yehovah purify our lips, steady our hearts, and make our speech a faithful witness to the coming Kingdom of Yeshua the Messiah.
